2. If you have not downloaded a purchased item within 3 weeks from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for refund.
3. Since website themes are digital content, a refund on a purchase is not approved. However we will assess refund or credit requests considering the digital nature the items and the type of item preview that was available before purchase.

Refund will not be provided in the following situations:

1. You bought an item by mistake
2. No or less expertise to use the item
3. You did not like the item after purchase
4. The downloaded item can no longer be accessed because it has been removed.
